Salad Dressing

Combine 4 parts oil with 1 part balsamic vinegar, salt and papper to taste. Mix and add to salad, toss and enjoy.


Serve on it's own in a small bowl together with turkish bread cut into bit size pieces.


Chop any fresh herbs such as rosemary, parsely, oregano, thyme or lemon rind and add to small bowl of oil and then serve as per dipping. Infusing the oil this way allows for a variety of flavors and can be varied according to personal taste.


Use oil when making a fresh pesto for pasta.
Use oil as a base for chilli prawns marinade.
